problems with Video FX plugins interface

Wow that is strange! It almost looks like the fonts are bigger in the image that has the color wheels cut off. The fonts between the two computers are definitely different. On the computer that works the fonts look thinner. Nothing obvious comes to mind. Hopefully someone else can see something.
