Problems with Vegas 9 pro rendering
Hi 🙂
Have had major problems rendering a 7 minute video for my daughters end of year highschool project with Sony Vegas 9.
Always ended up with memory errors or freezing at a certain percentage – and Ive tryed all the fixes I can find on this forum but to no avail.
So I got Sony Vegas 10.
Vegas 10 renders rather well – however it ‘re-edits’ the movie when rendering.
Most of the scenes are changed to parts before or after the scenes we want.
Are there settings I need to change in Sony Vegas 10 so it opens the Vegas 9 files correctly?

First im hearing about re-editing of clips during render.
Open up your Vegas 9 project files in Vegas 10, Make sure
everything is nicely lined up and accurate throughout the
timeline, Then save your project as a different name.
Close Vegas, then re-open it. Now open the saved project
on the timeline and do your render….You should have no
