problems with stills only being 1 frame
Hello, i am having problems when i import a photoshop composition…
I want to animate the text and photos inside the comp but it is only one frame and I can’t seem to make it any longer by changing the comp size and duration. Please help…I must be importing it improperly, shouldn’t I be able to just pull the size longer?

In your preferences you can set the duration of the stills you import. It is under the “edit” menu.

In your preferences (under “After Effects”) go to Import.
Change the duration for Still Footage (or make it comp size)When your Still is in the timeline you should be able to drag the end of the track to make it longer (that is if the overall composition duration is longer than the still)
