  Problems with Nested Sequence and Motion

  I have a program with about fourteen nested sequences. In two of the sequences, whenever I change one of the Motion created graphics all the other Motion created graphics and some of the other renders become unrendered. This results in fifteen minute renders to change a lower third. This behavior doesn’t seem to be happening in the other nested sequences. I have checked and rechecked the sequence settings and the settings for the program and everything seems to be correct. I would REALLY appreciate any suggestions on what is causing this and how to fix it.
