Problems with keylight urgent help required…>_
Hi I have been using keylight for ages with AE 6.0 and 6.5 Pro and never had any problems (apart from the usual bad keys of DV footage due to artifacts) but since upgrading to 7.0 pro have been experiencing a few problems. For one i just did a really nice key on some beautiful footage, but when i rendered it out the whole bottom half of the keyed image (bottom half of screen) flashes on and off at irregular intervals.
The footage is interpreted correctly and I can’t find anything else unusual about it.
This is the second time that it has happened to me, last time I had to revert to 6.5 to redo the key.
As per usual this has to be off to the duplicator soon to have 300 dubs done and it is now waiting on me to fix the damn key!!!Also can anyone explain if they have had any success with the new colour selectors for the bias’? The sliders were much easier to use in my opinion!?!

I am having the same issue. I am running 6.5.1 though. It just started and has appeared on my last three projects. When I purge the ram cache, it clears it up – but then reappears when I render out. Can anyone shed some light on this (no pun intended)?

Hi I have been on the foundry forum and someone else had brought it to their attention as well and it was the first that they had heard of it. Yeah i had mixed success with purging as well.

Post that link into your browser, someone else has tried an alternative version of the plugin with success, i haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but it apparently worked for the other person. The link to the plugin is in a post in there.
Let me know how you get on if you try it.
