    Hi guys
Ive just finished onlining a 55 min prog in a 1080i50 sequenceand this caused me little or no problems. Im using an AJA 3 card and a panasonic varicam deck.
    however
when i played out the sequence to HD cam on a small recorder (which i did by playing out in 2 chunks on to 46 min tapes) and sent the tape for colour grade i seemed, again to have no problems!
But when i received the large graded hd cam tape and rented a large tape deck to digitise my graded tape (to ad titles roller etc.) i kept getting tape trouble error messages?
even though the tape kept playing?
so i managed to capture the whole 55 mins but had to do it in chunks and compile them in a new sequence and then add my titles etc.
now ever time i try to playout to my recorder the time code SHIFTS?
as in the pip at the start is spot on but can be out by as many as 3 frames at the end???
    any ideas
this is costing me a lot of time and money renting hd decks?
so help would be greatly appreciated
    Cheers
    Ciller
