Problems with CS4 on my new 12core mac pro
Just got a new mac and installed cs4. Almost every time I try to preview audio I get the pin wheel and have to force quit after a few minutes. Then when I try and do a RAM preview I get the adobe dynamic link error message. I have my audio preferences set to built in line input and output. Is that right? I’m just using some crappy 1/8 inch computer speakers hooked into the back. Please help this sucks!

Have you installed all the updates? The latest version of AE CS4 is 9.0.3, and it does fix several bugs which could lead to crashes.
