In AE 7 I’m trying to use clone stamp to remove a mic dip in the top of frame of a 720P video clip. The dip occurs over a span of about 10 frames and canot be seen in AE after correction. The rendered clip played in PPro 2 still shows fragments of the mic at the top of frame although most of it is gone. Other corrections inside the frame are fine.

What am I missing here, some kind of frame edge setting in AE, or something else?

    TIA

Nice idea but the camera does move a bit. I’ll check out your idea on the footage.

I still want to know why AE seems to “forget” some of the clone actions during render.

    Thanks!
