I’ve ingested Anamorphic DVCPRO50 footage into FCP through my AJA card using the DVC PRo 50 setting. The first clip dropped into the timeline stretched properly. All, subsequent clips are squeezed and have black bars on the side. I have no idea why the timeline will not stretch the other clips and I’m up against the clock.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You probably just need to place a check mark in the “anamorphic” column of each clip in the FCP browser.

Look in the Browser. Is there a check mark next to “Anamorphic” for each clip? If not, check it. That should do the trick.
