Problems since cross platform upgrade
Since installing cross platform disks FCP 5.1, I’ve experienced 2 problems. 1) When
attempting to view firewire out through my DSR-25 to a NTSC monitor, after about 20 seconds, the image starts to break up with grey boxes and eventually goes completely grey. 2) When getting into the icon in the viewer to access my Boris title tool, the submenu displays 2 of all the Boris choices. When using the Boris title tool, it may be OK for about 15 minutes but then it will crash and I have to relaunch FCP. I’ve trashed prefs but it didn’t help. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have you updated 5.1 to 5.1.1??? That may cure some of the issues.
