Problems Importing XDCAM to PPCS5
Having a similar problem with EX footage shot onto an external drive. First time working with XDCAM footage and can’t figure out the proper method of importing onto PPCS5. Continue to receive error message when importing to PP. Has image no audio in a VLC player and Has sound with no image in QT. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Im running a PC with Premiere Pro CS5 and the error is unavailable codec.

No. Im running full version of CS5 and the most recent XDCAM codecs adobe provides.
