problems importing footage
Hi guys!
I’m trying to import an mpg file into final cut pro. the video comes in alright, but the audio is nowhere. If I look at the same file with quicktime everything is there. Am I missing out on something here?

Get the freeware called Streamclip and convert MPEg files to whatever QT format you’re using on your timeline. Its fast and good qaulity, and above all it gives you QT files with both audio and video.
