Problems importing footage using an NFS server

Here is a more recent article (3 years ago ) they are using NFS manager but maybe the settings can be of inspiration for your IT. I know i did succeed to get a working solution back then. At first one problem I encountered then was the fact that the NFS server we had was doing problems with the bundles by treating them as folders…???

What about trying SMB protocol instead? 10.3 lets you store Library files on a SMB volume.
