  • Problems Importing a JPEG Sequence

    Hi,

I am currently trying to import a JPEG sequence made up of 1907 files.

All of the files are numbered sequentially, starting from _MG_3403 going through to _MG_5300

When I import them in AVID it imports them all as individual files and doesnt put them in a sequence or stitch them together or anything like that, even when I have the ‘Autodetect Sequentially Numbered files’ option checked in the import settings.

It would be nice to get them all in with each jpeg being imported at 1 frame as the image sequence is a timelapse.

Many thanks and I hope you can help,

    Ben

When you check “Autodetect Sequential Files”, you’re then selecting just the first jpeg and importing right? If you select them all I believe it will still bring them in as individual files.
