  Problems encoding VOB files in Adobe Encoder.

  I am currently having a problem encoding some VOB files. I drag the clip into encoder, which is 30min long and the file size is just under 1gb, when I encode the video it only seems to encode 30 seconds of the clip, now i have tried to encode it into several different file types and still the same result, also adobe encoder has no problem encoding other file types, it just seems to have a problem with these VOB files.
  Has anyone found this or know a solution to solve it?
