    Hi,

    I hope someone can help! I have just purchased Avid Xpress Pro HD and am trying to do the initial set up so that the Avid will be able to capture footage from my camera. But the problem is that the Avid keeps saying

    You need to add a deck (probably generic PAL/NTSC device) to the channel you have created. Then go to capture tool and click the box under the playback button and select check decks.

    That should do

    Do you have your camera hooked via USB or firewire?
    If USB, then i don’t think you can choose OHCI in deck config since OHCI is firewire.
