PROBLEMS batch importing HDV
Hi! I am batch importing HDV material, and all too often the capture ends with a “try again” message. My settings should be correct so that the deck would ignore timecode breaks, but I am still having huge problems. Any suggestions?

If there are timecode breaks on the tape then Avid may be having difficulty re-cueing. Try lowering the deck pre-roll time until it is able to find sufficient control track to continue.
