    Hi There
I just did a 2m 18s vid for posting on the web. Client wanted a 512mbps video. Okay first I goofed and did a AVI NTSV DV, came out 503Mb but it was 1536mbps.

So went back to Vegas 5 and checked the render to WMV. That one was 512mbps so I rendered to that. It came out a whopping 8.56Mb

What did I do wrong here? I thought a WMV was supposed to be a much smaller file?

    Help please!
    thanks

OOPS! No wonder nobody responded. I’m loosing my mind here Ed. So very sorry. I had a colonoscopy yesterday and the medications didn’t wear off.

What happened was I saw the 856 and forgot the decimal point. Darn!

Don’t worry Alan – I’ve had as couple of those procedures, and the sedative, whilst quite enjoyable, makes decimal points completely invisible!
