Hi there, this is a very strange issue I hope someone can help with! I have made several videos with Vegas, transfered them into SWF format, upload to my Amazon S3 account and play them with no problems on several computers.

However on my friend’s computer, the videos play back at about 10 times the normal speed! It’s like they are in fast-forward the whole time, when I never touched the speed rate while rendering AND while they play perfectly fine on all my other computers.

His computer is an older model HP and he uses Windows XP and Internet Explorer. We’ve viewed other videos on YouTube to see if it was happening to all videos on that computer but those worked fine… it’s only the ones I make with Vegas.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this please let me know; I am sure his computer can’t be the only one showing the videos like that…

    Thanks,
    Mike

Since this is only happening on his system then I would suspect that the computer does not have the latest flash version. Try using VLC player to view them and see if that fixes it. Unless there is a setting in the player being used that is not set properly it surely has nothing to do with Vegas being the problem.

Thanks Joe, appreciate the feedback, I’ll see if that works. Didn’t think it was Vegas but I just didn’t know.
