  Problem with using dynamic link with previously comp that is already linked.

  I’m working on this timelapse project en have work in both premiere pro and after effects continuously. I have al my footage in PP and use AE for some of the transitions. I can select 2 clips to replace them with an after effects composition, create a transition without any problem. When I want to use the dynamic linked AE comp with the next clip and again replace these 2 with an after effects composition, I get a dynamic link error and the previous linked after effects composition won’t show anymore (when I search for the AE file, it doesn’t show up unless I select search all files; but when I click on import it gives me the 86:1 error).

  Is there a basic workflow I’m missing when working with dynamic links? Does anyone know what causes the problem?
