I recently opened a project i’m working on and on the timeline some of the clips are displayed as offline. The ckips are there however, and rerender and playback perfectly fine. i can also match frame the clips as well. has something become corrupted here? I have tried the reconnect media command, and the clips are found, but their display status in the timeline still reads as offline.

This is because your “Thumbnail Cache Files” folder has changed locations recently,
and FCP doesn’t look in multiple cache folders at once (or at least it seems so).

Delete this folder from its locations, then reset the location for where it should be.
Then FCP will regenerate your thumbnails.
