Problem with Sony DSR-25
Hey guys, I’m trying to capture footage in FCP using the input on a DSR-25 deck and I’m not getting any display in FCP. It works fine if I’m trying to capture from a tape inside the DSR-25 but it will not work with another device connected to the input jack on the DSR-25. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You have to select “Non-Controllable Device” under Device Control in the Log and Capture Window.

Thanks for the suggestion Chris, I tried that and it still doesn’t work.
