  • problem with repousse anchor point PSCS5 to AECS5

    Hi There,

I have been teaching myself how to use repousse in PSCS5 for a promo vid I’m working on.

Having built myself a 3D ipad in repousse I exported to AECS5 as a PSD and all seemed well and good. However the anchor point for the ipad object seems offset to one side and I can’t seem to adjust it. This is making animating difficult as I want the ipad to spin on it’s Y axis but because the anchor is offset the object rotates in a circle rather than spinning.

Adjusting the anchor point on the controller layer does nothing. The object seems to use the x, y, z controller in the controller layer as the anchor point but I can’t reposition it.

I thought perhaps the object was using an anchor point reference from repousse itself but I can’t find a way to adjust this in photoshop either.

    Can anyone help with this?
