  • Problem with Keylight flickering on Random Frames

I am having a problem with Keylight using AE 7 pro. It seems at random frames keylight doesn’t work properly by either showing the background that was keyed out or cutting the picture in half. If I stop on the frame that has the problem, turn off keylight and turn it back on the problem goes away, but occurs at another random frame.

    Problem:

Anyone have any clue what would be causing this or a workaround?
    Thank you in advance,

rendernyc, thanks for the info. I did have an older version. I updated and it seemed to fix the problem at first, but the more I added the more drop outs I seem to run into. I’m guessing it is some what of a hardware problem. I didn’t think it would matter when rendering the movie, just maybe in a preview, but it did. As a work around I have been breaking the video into 20 second segments and rendering them and compiling them in another program. Not ideal, but it works. Anyone have any other suggestions you are more than welcome.
