    Hello there,
I’m testing Heroglyph 4.0 in SONY VEGAS 12, and the plugin seems to be quite simple to understand, however I am having a problem that is driving me mad. If someone here deal with Heroglyph, I would really appreciate his/her help.
Well the problem is the following.
Let’s imagine I want to apply a script effect. Okay, I apply one of the script effects it has by default, and I jump to the heroglyph timeline.
Okay, I can set up the fade-in time. Perfect.
I can set up the duration time, perfect, everything is fine here…
I can set up the fade-out time, great…
    BUT!
    And here is the problem…
When I set-up the start time of the effect to a value different than zero, I lose the fade out effect, and the text is always present in the screen.
Inside the heroglyph timeline, everything is fine (this problem happen also when I play the clip in VEGAS). If I press play, I see the clip, I see the fade in effect and also I see the fade out effect without any problems. But when I apply the title to send it to VEGAS, I am not able to see the fade out effect and the text is always present, never vanish.
So let’s imagine I have in VEGAS a time line of 20 seconds.
And let’s imagine in Heroglyph 4.0 I have a script text, which duration (Range) is 8,50 seconds.
If I make it start in at 0:00 seconds, that is in the beginning of the timeline, then everything is fine, I can see the fade in effect and the fade out effect. If I apply these settings and send the changes to VEGAS, everything works fine. I am able to see the fade in and fade out effect in VEGAS.
The problem is when I tell Heroglyph to start the text in a value different than zero seconds.
If I tell Heroglyph to start the script text in a value different than zero, for example, let’s say I want the text start at 2:00 seconds, then I cannot see the fade out effect (in VEGAS).
Inside the Heroglyph time line yes, if I press play, there everything works fine and I can see both effects perfectly, but when I apply these settings to the title and I go to the VEGAS timeline, there I only can see the fade in effect, the text and… not the fade out effect.

I realize this problem could be a bit confusing, if you don’t understand what I mean I could try to upload a video and show you?

I am really desperate with this silly error. I really would appreciate your help.

I would also in the meantime recommend you make this same detailed
issue you are having to Prodad support, they are very prompt in fixing
    problematic issues with their software.
