    Hi guys and gals,
I have a problem with a space scene. i have an earth with an atomsphere and a small blue glow. the moon crosses in front of the camera, but the glow from the earth surface effects the edge of the moon as it passes in front, if you know what i mean; so when the moon is right in front, it looks like it has a blue glow as well.
i hope im making some sort of sense…
    any help deeply appreciated.

I would render the moon object separately and composite it over the earth in post.
