Problem with FPS and audio

Hey

I’m new to the Adobe programs.

After making a perfect 2½ minutes movie clip I went to sleep..

But the following morning, when I loaded the project to Export it..
One of the video clips was changed…properly something I’ve done wrong but what..?

The FPS was dropped to 0,3330 and the audio was gone..

I tried to delete the Media Cache Files and let Premiere Pro do the job (reconforming the files..) Then the sound came back.. Weee 🙂

Then I changed the FSP back with Interpret footage to 29;97 FPS.. But.. then the audio suddenly disapired again…. Replace Footage doesn’t help

The problem just keep looping from no audio to low FPS… but why..?

Please help me 🙂

You should mention what type of source footage you are using, and what presets you are using

The projekt is runnning in

1440 x 1080
00;38;53;07, 25,00 fps
48000 Hz – Stereo

With the 720×576 MPEG4 I pressed scaled to Frame size and made some effects like old television shows so it fit the frame size from the 720×576..
I was very happy 🙂 😀

But.. now it’s a nightmare

I can recall the problem started as PP was conforming the 720×576 file and it falied because my diskspace was low
Then the FPS and audio problems started..

Have you tried:
unlink the file.
Save and close the project.
Quit Premiere Pro.
Rename the file by adding a _ at the end of the name.
Launch PPro.
OPen the project.
relink the clip with the new name.
Hopefully this will reconform and index the file.
Don’t touch the computer until it’s finished doing the indexing and conforming.
