    Problem with duplicate file names from a two camera shoot!

    We rented two BMCC cameras and did not realize that one should change the names of the cameras internally. Now we have some scenes that have identical DNG names (such as Blackmagic Cinema Camera_1_2014-09-06_1638_C0000_000000). This is going to really confuse the round trip edit through Premiere.

    Is there a way to rename the master files/folders and have it also change the individual files within?

    Has this happened before to anyone?

    Use a renaming app to rename the files.

    I use Mac and love this renaming app.

    It has every feature I could want in this sort of app, though I think the UI could be a bit better.
