I am trying to put shortcuts of several transitions inside of a custom bin, but I can’t. Here’s the problem.

After creating an new custom bin it appears at the bottom of the effects list.
If I want to put a shortcut to a certain effect or transition inside this bin, I need to do that by drag and drop.

But the effect I want to link is on top of the effects list, inside a folder with a huge amount of items. If it is opened, I cannot see the newly created bin anymore. therefore I cannot do the drag and drop operation. I tried to detach the effects list and enlarge it, but it’s still too small. I also tried to hover near the border of the window, hoping the list would start to scroll down, so that I can see my custom bin, but it doesn’t.

does anyone know a workaround how to create the shortcut without drag and drop?
