Problem with Bridge-Presets
Hey,
a friend of mine just installed AE7 on a WinXP-PC.
When he tried to look for Text-Presets at bridge, he just saw the ffx-Files, but no preview at all.Does anyone have an idea, how to get the preview?

First question we ask is, “Do you know how to use Bridge?”
Second question we ask is, “Did you install AE correctly?”If the answer to both is affirmative, the presets are easily visible. You can also jump to them, assuming correct install, from links in the help files and from the View Presets within the Text effect.

B) Yes.Normally it should look somehow like this:
