    Hello all,

I am having trouble with getting boris red 4.3 to display DVCProHD content properly in FCP. When I add the effect to a clip in the timeline and launch boris the clip is displayed as 960*720. I understand that this is native for DVCProHD but I used to be able to turn off display square pixels and it would look correct. Now when I click that option nothing in the display changes. Does anyone have any idea what I may have changed.

    Thanks

    Al

    Hi Alex,

I’m not sure what the problem is – I just tried that on my system and it appeared to correctly adjust the PAR when I toggled the Square Pixels option in the Preview menu.

Can I ask you to please call this into support by sending an email to: support@borisfx.com describing the issue that you are having with the app. I’m sure someone there can assist you in sorting this out.

    Cheers,

    Peter.
