    Hey!

I already did the sound for a few advertising spot that are shown in the cinema, and i´m familiar with the standards, like 82 Let(m) dBtp -6.0 and so on….

…but now i´ve got a spot where they delivered me a mono track with only a heartbeat, that has a lot of low end. They didn’t have the budget to make an up mix to 5.1 so i have to deliver a stereo file (multi-mono of course).

The Problem is….i can´t get this even close to 82 Leq(m) without getting over the -6dBtp.

If i compress a little and do some limiting with the Avid Pro Limiter without a distorted sound i need up with 62 Leq(m).

Anyone any idea what to do ?
