Problem with a transparent overlay export WITHOUT transparency
I bought a video overlay pack from Digital Hotcakes and I am using a file called a Quicktime PNG that has a transparent background. I overlay it over my video and the transparency works within Premiere Pro, but after I export it to a DV AVI it loses it’s transparency and has a solid black background. Why is this, how can I correct it?
I’ve used a different QT PNG as an overlay in After Effects and after exporting it to an AVI the transparency still works.

File>Export Movie>Settings
Set General> File Type to Microsoft AVI (not DV).
Set Video Compressor to None.
Set Color Depth to Millions of Colors+ (the + is important).
