Problem when editing shots
Hi,
i have tried several times but when i double click on any shot to edit it i have this issue. You know the window appears with the shot on it so you can edit it. However the image with the shot goes black after a few seconds and when i close that windows everything else on canvas has gone black too. All my shots are black and i cant get them back. The only way to make them show correctly again is to restart wirecast. Why does this happen? I have wirecast 4.2.3 and i even tried once in 5.0.1 but with the same results. My sistem is windows 7.

There’s likely an issue with your config as I’ve seen no other reports of this.
You should be on either Wirecast 4.3.1 or 5.0.3
Make sure Windows is up to date.Give your description it sounds almost as if you have a GPU problem.

Yes, windows is up to date.I have 4.2.3 because its the one that works best for me. I installed 5.0.1 once but it had the same problem so i uninstalled it and went back to 4.2.3.

You’re limited to troubleshooting your system. It certainly does not sound like 4.2.3 works for you. -
But 5.0.1 didnt work either, actually i installed the latest version (demo only) and it wont work either. So i think it has nothing to do with the version.
