Problem viewing Vegas rendered video on TV

Problem solve! I used the “Reduce Interlace Flicker” in the switches, and then tried rendering and burning it to DVD agian. It was gone! No more blurring in the hands or head. Thanks very much for that suggestion, I’m glad I could get this problem fixed. Thanks to everyone who gave advice for this. Good day
