Problem trying to format new SxS cards
Hi guys, I bought 3 SxS cards, 2 SxS -1 and 1 SxS Pro+ of 64GB, when I’m trying to format show me an error and when i put the cards in the camera the light of the camera turns red. I have others old cards of 32GB and I don’t have problems.
Is the Alexa XS with 8.01 build. What can be the problem?

Reboot the camera, make sure the card is Unlocked.
Set the camera to not be in HS mode, or set frame rate to less than 30p and reformat Sounds as if you are formating a card when the camera is at too high a frame rate to be effective.
