  Problem transferring from P2 card

  Hi there

  Hoping someone can help. I recently bought a second-hand HVX200e and have been formatting the P2 card and uploading the software etc. to make sure everything works properly. I have been trying to transfer files from the camera to my laptop via a USB2.0, problem is that the P2 manager on my desktop shows the camera as removable disk G, but doesn’t seem to want to show me the clips stored on the P2 card. And when I check the installation status of the P2 drivers it’s not showing as the installation manual suggests.

  When I look at the camera/P2 card in ‘my computer’ as a removable disk I can see that the files are there, segmented as they are into different parts. Which makes me think that the information is getting through.

  I can’t figure out if it’s a problem with the drivers, or the utility software, or what. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
