  Problem of sending stream by ffmpeg

  Dear friends,

  I used the command of “ffmpeg -i /tmp/test.asf https://localhost:8090/feed1.ffm” to send a stream,but it generated the following error:

  tcp @ 0x9f198c0] TCP connection to localhost:8090 failed: Connection refused
  [tcp @ 0x9f13140] TCP connection to localhost:8090 failed: Connection refused

  Why this happens and how to solve it,please?
