Hi, I have an urgent problem and need to solve it because I have to submit a job and not get if not sooner under.

The problem is that every time I get a video track or photo or whatever to Las I edit tracks are blank. The point is that if reprodusco, I can view in the viewfinder, But I get all white strip, Both the video and sound. This happened after having risen PAR Files and while being loaded in the edit track I canceled the charge because he knew he was going to remove immediately.. I rebooted the computer and still not making me any file that you upload to edit.. Not to do and I'm not intentanto reinstall the program, I want to see if there is an easier exit.

    Now thank you very much

    Deborah.

Sorry, a little confused. Are you having problems capturing your video from the camera to the program or computer. Or are you able to capture to the compter but not able to import them into Vegas and have them appear in project media?

    Muchas gracias otra vez.

    Débora.

Don’t know what language it is but I am even more confused now! But it does appear that you are not having any problem capturing from camera to computer. Sorry.

    Spanish, I think.

I’m not real sure, but I think she said she can view clips in the trimmer, but when she drags them to the timeline there is no .sfk audio peaks or video preview. I told her to try reinstalling Vegas, and let us know how it goes.

Has anyone encountered this problem? And what can be done about it?

    Thanks.

When the Show Video Monitor button in the Trimmer window is selected, video that you preview from the Vegas Explorer and Media Manager windows is played back in the Trimmer.
Because the Trimmer is placed in the same window dock as the Explorer and Media Manager, you will not see your video preview.
To preview Explorer and Media Manager video, you can drag the Trimmer to a new dock group, or you can turn off the Show Video Monitor button to preview in the Video Preview window.
