    Hi There,

I created an animation in After Effects CS5.5 for a presentation with some video footage and images at 2160×720 size, no audio. I’m trying to render a quicktime file in H264 codex but every time it renders at 2000×720.

I read most of the posts here and I see that there’s an issue for rendering files over 2000px. I got a little confused with all the complicated posts that use multiple projectors and synced videos.

The Equipment that will be running my file is at 720p signal with 2 projectors and full screen size is 2160×760 quicktime file with H.264 codex.. It shouldn’t be as complicated but I couldn’t find a solution.. Any ideas?

Oh I also tried to render in iMovie quicktime export option, that renders the correct size but the quality looks super crappy..

    I tried on my CS5.5, QT H264 output was fine @2160 X 720.
Check your scaling options in the encoding options window, you may have a preset checked off at 2000 pixels.

Are you still having this issue, how did you resolve it? What were you using for playback?
