    Dear Sirs,

I have the following problems :

    1. I use Sony DCR-HC30E Digital Camcorder for taking movies.
    2. When I connect the camcorder to USB Stream and launch Premiere Pro 1.5 and the Capture (F5), there is no live buttons for me to capture the video. I am putting it simply, but rest assured, I have tried all possible methods to capture video. I am unable to start capture. Is there anything that I should firewire connection instead of USB ?
    3. However, I am able to download my videos into my PC using Windows Movie maker
    4. Secondly, after downloading the movie, the clips appear very dull lit, meaning, if I connect the camcorder directly on to TV, the display is excellent. I do not know why there is loss of quality.
    5. Lastly, I am planning to appear for ACE in Premiere Pro in a month’s time. Can someone guide me as to what and how I should study.

I am really depressed. Please help.
