    problem importing mxf op-1a into Media Composer 8.0

    I have Media Composer 8.0.0 installed

    I try to import mxf op-1a video file (exported from Premiere pro) using AMA link and it fails.

    I check the console and it says that the plugin is missing.

    I downloaded plugin from Avid website (https://goo.gl/6fwv7), but the installation failed as it does not support Media Composer 8!

    is there any solution to import mxf op-1a files into MC 8?

    p.s. I am new to avid
