  Problem Frame rate change after export

  So this has been ticking me off for the past 9 hours,

  I have a project all finished up in final cut pro but its in 29.97 frames per second, (timeline and original footage) but whenever i export it its 24 frames or some other frame rate. The footage basically looks all ghosty and the movement isn’t smooth as the preview window. I check all the compressor settings, timeline settings and source footage settings a million times and i still get the same result when i render.

  does anyone know whats going on here?

  I also tryed compressor and nothing changed
