problem exporting quick time from final cut
hi to all…
i notice a big problem with final cut export…
i had to export a quick time file from a project to work on the video with another softwere…
i make a quick time file with the quick time conversion tool…setting no compression etc…
the file i make is different from the original…
is a problem about settings or is usual?
with premiere…making avi files this problem is not detected…
can someone explain me this thing?!?!

Try exporting a non self contained QT movie instead. That way the file is actually referencing the original media. If you export using QT conversion, you recompress every time.

you mean to export with the “export quiqk time”?!?!
and i can use this file with other software…burn it…and so on?
