    Hi Guys,

    Thanks in advance for all of your help.

    I’ve received files that I cannot get to read in Log and Transfer or any other software.

    The folder structure is

    Foldernumber> and then 5 files, MP4, SMI, PPN, XML, BIM.

    I’m sorry if I’m being dense but I’ve google around alot and found no workflow to help. Log and Transfer does not recognise the folder structure.

    That’s because it’s XDCAM. You need to use the XDCAM TRANSFER UTILITY for that.
