You mean you tried it 1st with MCD set to USB Device & it didn’t work?

Just to make sure;

Did you change the camera to PC mode after having connetc to your computer via USB?

When you hit the button in the back to change it to MCR/VCR you have to hit the button again and hold it for 2 seconds to change it to the PC mode.

Also in the menus under other functions (9) your PC mode should be set to USB.
