proanimator- where is it
The whole folder is located in the AE plug-ins folder but now I cant find how to use Proanimator inside AE as a plug-in. Im assuming its shouuld be at the bottom list in my effects drop down menu but its not. I also did a search in the effects and presets palette with no luck.
It works fine as a standalone app. So where is it inside After Effects?

There should be a Zaxwerks item in your effects menu. ProAnimator should be one of the elements inside that… assuming you might have some of the other cool plugins.
