Can I take an existing Invigorator “layer” and bring it into ProAnimator?

Messing with the 2 this morning and would love some help as soon as possible.

Well I was looking in Invigorator, and if you hit the little question mark in the middle of the scene window, a box pops up and at the bottom it says for one of the shortcuts “cntrl+S saves a scene”

I know that you can open scenes in PA but for some reason the shortcut wasn’t working for me in Invigorator… but try that out, and let me know if it works.

    Hi Chris.

Topher is correct. You can Save your scene in the Invigorator and the Open it up in ProAnimator.

    Here’s how to do it:
    1. Select your Invig layer in After Effects and open the Invig Set-Up window for that layer.
    2. Type Cmd+S (Mac) or CTRL+S (Win) to bring up the Save dialog box. Save your scene.
    3. Create a new layer or solid in AE and apply the ProAnimator plug-in to it. Create a New Scene.
    4. Open the ProAnimator Set-Up window and type Cmd+O (Mac) or CTRL+O (Win) to bring up the Open dialog box. Open your saved scene.

Everything you saved in the Invig will be placed into a single ProAnimator Track, ready for animating.

Let us know if you have more questions.
