Pro Titler – lock/group text blocks?

Thanks Mike, but within the Pro Titler window I can’t seem to select multiple text blocks using Shift or Alt or Ctrl.

I guess I could I create separate tracks with separate events (one for the dates and one for “th”s) then animate using Pan/Crop.

For now I’m just eyeballing the distance at the first and last keyframe, kept the motion to x axis only, and prayed for luck.

If it doesn’t look right, I’m going to export and build the titles in Combustion.

My apologies Christopher.
I didn’t realize it was within Pro Titler that you wanted to do this.
I’ve only played with it a very little bit so, even if you could do what you want to do, I couldn’t give you the answer.
Hopefully someone who knows better than I do will jump in here.

The easiest way is to choose a font that supports superscript. Then you can add the superscript in the writingmode in the OPEN TYPE tab under VARIANTS.
But if you have to use a font that does not support superscript, you can mimick the superscript within just one textblock.
You can generate the ‘superscript’ by giving the textblock two lines (using ENTER). The bottom-line contains your word. At the site of the superscript, you add a space.
The superscript is placed on the topline (preceeded by a couple of spaces). By playing with the fontsize and the line-margin, you can have it look like a real superscript.
To make sure that the superscript moves synchronously with the rest of the word, you have to make the DELAY CURVE in the CASCADE SETTING flat (zero at all times).
