Pro res in dv timeline

March 30, 2014 at 9:16 pmHi! I’m working on a dv NTSC timeline and I’m using files recorded on my canon t3i that have been converted from h264 files to apple prores. Problem is when I burn a DVD of the project the dslr clips look strobey in comparison to the dv clips. Is this because they’re are progressive and not interlaced like the majority of files in the timeline? Should I interlace the pro res files? Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!

March 31, 2014 at 9:46 pmIt might look choppier, because it isn’t interlaced, where DV is. Interlaced makes for smoother motion.
